I remember there was this once, when i was asked by my customer living in a semi-detach.Surprisingly, he was able to convince me to actually deliver his goods right to his doorstep. which i rarely do.
When his automated gates open, he immediately came up to me and shook my hand.He was shocked at first,(of my age/appearance) but he invited me into his apartment and i had a feeling that he too was an entrepreneur.(that explains why he was able to make me leave my house to personally deliver the goods i guess)
I can roughly remember that he asked : Do you enjoy this? Are you making money? Are you satisfying customers? Do you want to keep doing this?
And i replied Not only yes to the above,i am also not afraid of failures because i have encountered quite a number.( he did scared me by saying,what if i told you i want to cancel this order)
He praised me after that.
I was shaking back then, it was one of my first few chats with a stranger that time.
But that was one of the few turning points for me.
